2024 Midwinter Meeting
During its meeting at the 2023 national convention, the Board of Directors voted to conduct the 2024 Midwinter meeting virtually. The meeting will be held Saturday, February 10, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern / 9:00 a.m. Central / 8:00 a.m. Mountain / 7:00 a.m. Pacific.

Note About the Schedule: The convention will be held Sunday through Tuesday in 2024. This schedule dramatically reduces hotel room rates and ensures League members can travel to Maryland’s Eastern Shore during off-peak summer hours.
The discounted hotel room rate for convention attendees is $175/night (plus taxes). This rate is available for three days before and three days after the convention dates (subject to room availability). Hotel room reservations will open in the near future. The Maryland Division notes this nightly room rate is about $200 less than market rates at this resort.
