Creek Freaks Travels to North Carolina

Creek Freak Workshop

In August, Clean Water Fellow Samantha Roth traveled to the Tar Heel State to train leaders from the White Oak River Chapter on the Creek Freaks curriculum. "The White Oak River Chapter is excited to begin this watershed education program here in Swansboro!" said chapter president Jessica Hult.

Creek Freaks uses streams as living class rooms to engage youth in science — and fun! You don’t need to be a teacher to use the Creek Freaks program. Anyone who works with youth can access the free resources provided on the Creek Freaks website. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter @CreekFreaks1.
