Wabash County IWLA

Who We Are

Defenders of soil, woods, waters, air, and wildlife, the Wabash County Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America is settled near the Mississinewa Reservoir in Wabash County. The chapter grounds have acres of woods, hiking trails, and campsites, as well as a two-acre pond. Our activities include conservation projects, cross shoots, youth fishing derbies, open houses, and rummage sales. We also do adopt-a-highway clean-ups, river clean-ups, and water quality testing at various sites.

We welcome anyone to join our chapter. Members can enjoy our woods and hiking trails, fishing, camping, boating, membership meetings, and activities including an annual family picnic and a Christmas party. Our building may be rented for parties, weddings, and events. Visit us and see what we have to offer!
