information to help promote chapter
membership in your community.
Select from one of two templates on the included CD-ROM to fill in your desired information and print.
Promotional Posters: A series of full-color promotional posters designed to help chapters promote their activities. The mixed set includes five themes and taglines and comes with an instructional CD-ROM.

Tabletop Display:
Tabletop displays are available with the IWLA
banner, a custom tablecloth, a promotional DVD,
and a supply of the most
recent Outdoor America. Contact
your division (many have their own
displays) or e-mail chapters@iwla.org
to get one from the IWLA headquarters.
Web Site Assistance (PDF): Download and complete this form to have IWLA help your chapter or division set up a Web site, using specially created League banners.
Chapter Starter Kit: Do you want to start a chapter or know someone who does? E-mail chapters@iwla.org to request a chapter starter kit with DVD that outlines the steps needed to start a new League chapter. The kit also includes chapter membership application cards, new member report forms, member tally sheets, and more!

with their request. Please specify color
(green and yellow) or black and white and
the file format you need.
Flags and
Banners (PDF): Digitally
printed yellow nylon, suitable for both indoor
and outdoor use, flag (grommets on
side) or banner (grommets at top) measures
2' x 5' with a 30" green IWLA seal. Display at
your facility, chapter house, or meeting place
and/or use at public events.
Roadside
Signs (PDF): The seal marks
the spot! Whether it's to help new members find
your chapter or to point out conservation
project successes, a League-branded roadside
sign helps members of your community
recognize the League.
Anti-Litter
Sign (PDF): Litter is everybody’s nemesis! The
White Oak River Chapter in Swansboro,
NC, found that installing this friendly
warning sign on roadways, trails, and streams
helps curb litter. It’s also a great way
to let the community know that your chapter is
engaged in local conservation work.

Outdoor Product Discounts
NEW! Zebco Family Fishing
Program 2012 (PDF): The
League has partnered with Zebco to help
chapters and divisions purchase fishing poles
at a significant discount for use at fishing
derbies and other outreach events.
Henry Repeating Arms Vendor Direct Program (PDF): Izaak Walton League chapters and divisions can now purchase special-edition IWLA rifles from Henry Repeating Arms to support charitable and educational efforts and enhance fundraising activities.

Generic Officer Report Form (PDF): You'll never have to search for your officer forms again! Just print this one-page PDF, fill it in (including the years), and fax or mail the form after your chapter elections.
IRS Filing Requirement: Small tax-exempt organizations are required to electronically submit Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard, with the IRS annually.
